Delivery & Returns

Order Dispatch Policy 

Orders received by 12pm, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.

UK standard delivery

Deliveries take 3 to 5 working days and are delivered between 8 am and 9 pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

UK next day delivery

Orders placed before 2 pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed after 2 pm will be dispatched the following working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Free order collection 

Orders for free collection must be picked up from our store at 85 Whitechapel High Street, E1 7QX, within 7 working days. We will email you when your order is available for pickup; please wait to receive this email before visiting the store.

Free return for all customers

Need to return your order? No worries—we now offer free returns! How to make a return

You can return the parcel at your local Royal Mail Post Office. Your return will be sent on a Tracked 48 service. Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, we will process your refund.

Our Return Policy

For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot refund or exchange any product that has been removed from the original wrapping or shows any signs of use, unless it is faulty.

You will be refunded for the product cost only; we will not refund any postage you may have paid on the original order. Your refund will be processed when the parcel arrives at our returns address. If your order gets lost in transit, it may take up to 30 days to process your claim from the start date of your claim.
