Delivery & Returns

Order Dispatch Policy 

Orders received by 12pm on Mondays to Friday are normally dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 12pm will be dispatch next working day.

UK standard delivery

Deliveries take 3 to 5 working days and are delivered between 8am – 9pm (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays).

UK next day delivery

We are currently unable to complete Next Day Delivery orders. Please use the free standard delivery option instead. 

Free order collection 

Orders for Free Collection must be picked up from our store location 85 Whitechapel High Street E1 7QX within 7 working days. We will email you when your order is available to pick up, please wait to receive an email before going to the store.

Free return for all customers

 Need to return your order there’s no need to worry, returns are completely free! You can send any unopened item back to us within 30 days for full refund of the product cost.

How to make a return

Please package your products securely in the original packaging and email us so we can send you a free return label. Then return to our address, you will also need to include a brief letter including your name, address and explanation as to why you are returning the products. This will enable us to refund the correct account.

Our Return Policy

For reasons of hygiene and safety, we can’t refund or exchange any product that have been removed from the original wrapping or shows any signs of having been used unless they are faulty .

You will be refunded for the product cost only we will not refund any postage you may have paid on the original  order.

Your refund will be processed when the parcel arrives at our returns address.

If your order gets lost while in transit, to follow up with a claim, it will take up to 30 days to process from the start of your claim.
